Preparing and drafting legal documents (legal opinions, writs of summons, complaints, notices, powers of attorney, etc.);
Performing all procedures and formalities required for the registration of amendments with the Trade Register Office, as well as for the registration of trademarks with the Romanian State Office for Inventions and Trademarks (OSIM);
Submitting forced execution requests together with the writs of execution with the competent bailiffs;
Drafting resolutions of the general meeting;
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements;
Advising on commercial contracts and agreements, company law and corporate compliance;
Representing the company in court and in front of other Romanian Authorities.
Have at least 4 years relevant work experience;
Read through, listen, understand and speak German & English just like your mother tongue;
Have a proven ability to solve problems in a methodical and practical way;
Have an ability to communicate persuasively and clearly, both orally and in writing;
Possess strong computer skills.
