Offering all legal support for Corporate Credits related contracts like:
- Drafting the credit and collateral agreements and advising with regard of their legacy;
- Checking and advising from the legal point of view all the other agreements concluded at corporate level in VBR\\\'s name;
- Cooperation with the Public Notary;
- Provide legal support regarding all the other legal issues
- University degree in Law;
- Consistent experience as legal advisor of minimum 2 years;
- Banking legislation knowledge;
- Conscientious, organized and extremely attentive person (details oriented);
- Able to work under pressure with tight deadlines;
- Analytical thinking, good communication and team working skills;
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken);
- Computer proficiency (Word, Excel, Power Point).
