- Your role is to secure the legal activity of the company, acting as an internal consultant and providing legal support to the development of the company and its activity.
- Coordinate the legal activity of the company
- Perform due diligence procedures
- Draft, negotiate and close a variety of complex real estate transactions
- Offer support to other departments concerning legal issues
- Mantain the contact with external parties (company's business partners, external consultants, etc.)
- Bachelor Degree in Law
- Conversant with property and due diligence procedures
- Dedicated to performance and quality of work
- Team player, advisory attitude
- Excellent English skills (both spoken and written)
