Main responsibilities:
• Solving the issues regarding the accounts’ blocking within the bank, based on the writes of execution issued by an enforcement authority;
• Checking the legality of the garnishment notices received within the bank;
• Drafting and sending answers to the authority that ordered the garnishment;
• Supervising, according to internal procedure, the money transfer;
• Performing registrations and up-datings of the database of the customer/persons mentioned within the garnishment notice
Required background:
• University degree in Law
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Legal Adviser / Lawyer / Judge / Prosecutor
Required competencies:
• Able to work under pressure with tight deadlines;
• Banking legislation knowledge;
• Hard working, detail oriented;
• Analytical thinking, good communication and team working skills;
• Very good knowledge of the English language;
• Good computer skills: Work, Excel and Power Point.
