¿ Advise the corporation concerning legal rights, obligations and privileges
¿ Represents the company in transactions
¿ Bachelor degree in law
¿ Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a legal adviser is a plus
¿ Strong knowledge of commercial law
¿ Excellent negotiation skills; initiative and analytical person
¿ Fluent English
