To provide legal support for performing the changes of the bank’s Constitutive Deed and of the statues of the bank\'s branches (drawing up the decisions of the competent bodies, performing the necessary formalities with the Trade Registry and with the National Bank of Romania);
To draw-up, check and supervise different agreements or acts concluded by the bank at the HO level, ensuring that such documents will be concluded with the observance of the legal provisions in force;
To prepare, upon request, legal opinions regarding the internal rules of the bank;
To accomplish any legal task, based on the requests of the Deputy Head of Legal Department, in accordance with the job description and with the provisions of the Legal Department Procedure;
University degree in Law
Minimum 2 years experience as a Legal Adviser / Lawyer / Judge / Prosecutor
Banking experience is an asset
Able to work under pressure with tight deadlines;
Hard working, detail oriented;
Analytical thinking, good communication and team working skills;
Very good knowledge of the English language;
Good computer skills: Work, Excel and Power Point.
