.Provides legal assistance in relations with the third parties (service provider, rental agreements etc.);
Represents the Bank in front of Trade Register, in order to register the new branches/ agencies/working points;
Prepares the necessary documentation for submitting the file to Trade Register;
Prepares the necessary documentation for informing NBR about the opening of new branches/agencies/working points ad for the advice of the Branch/Agency managers;
Represents the Bank in front of OSIM, in order to register all Bank’s trade marks and products’ names.
Law Degree and advanced English level is mandatory;
Previous similar experience is a plus;
Capacity of handling multiple tasks;
Capacity of working with tight dead- lines;
Paying attention to details;
Resistance to pressure.
