- Permanently prospecting for new tenants and maintaining relations, securing a constant networking;
- Preparation of presentations for the board and for the possible tenants;
- Financial analysis, rent levels and tenants mix;
- Coordination of leasing process including planning, authorizations and realization of the objective;
- Negotiation of terms, analysis and coordination with lawyers of the Leasing contracts.
- University Economy, Business or technical (construction field) education;
- Market knowledge, with profit targets fulfilled;
- Relies on extensive experience (at least 4 years in retail/real estate environment) and judgment to plan and accomplish goals;
- Be familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures;
- Negotiating skills, demonstrates consensus building and persuasion skills as well as effective listening skills;
- Integrity, loyalty and proactive approach;
- English business level (German of advantage), driving license, very good computer knowledge
