Our client is looking for a Leasing Manager who will be responsible for the overall leasing of the commercial spaces within their shopping centers in the portfolio managed by the company and with creating and implementing strategic leasing strategies in a manner consistent with the mission and goals of the organization. He will report directly to the CEO.
• Minimum 5 years experience in the real estate leasing market – focused on shopping centers;
• In depth knowledge of the Romanian real estate market (projects, developers, retailers, rent levels, etc.) as well as the applicable law;
• Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes contributing to the creation of marketing strategies and materials;
• Excellent negotiation skills;
• Excellent people skills;
• Effective verbal and listening communications skills;
• Time management skills;
• Analytical and problem solving skills.
