The Leasing Coordinator will coordinate our projects and take responsibility of the leasing process.
Main responsibilities:
• Able to provide the complete leasing advisory services
• Project monitoring and coordination
• Negotiate commercial agreements with our tenants
Requirements:
• Bachelor in Economics and/or Business
• 1-2 years of professional experience in the real estate industry
• Experience in retail industry is an advantage
• Excellent written and spoken English
• PC literacy
• Valid driving license
