he role holder will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating and contracting for learning development and delivery services on behalf of a key client in the petrochemical industry.
Key Responsibilities include
Maintaining an up to date knowledge of appropriate learning markets
Source learning and training products based on broadly defined requirements
Maintain a pool of ‘partners’ who are proven to meet quality and cost criteria
Operate a process of cost saving analysis and reporting – drawing on central administrative support
Manage the performance of suppliers and take necessary corrective actions
Ensure that neither Xerox nor the client is exposed to significant financial risk
Either 3-5 years in a Learning role with significant third party engagement, or a similar depth of experience in a sourcing/procurement role where Learning was a major spend category
The following skills are required for this role:
An advanced level of English and German
Intermediate experience in Microsoft Office Suite especially EXCEL
Effective customer service skills i.e. follow up on requests with internal and external clients
Strong attention to detail
