- Planning and producing design for content and curriculum products or learning support resources.
- Analyzing target learners.
- Analyzing competencies and learning outcomes.
- Ensuring the instructional integrity of content development projects through systematic design and clear writing of scripts, narratives and storyboards.
- Developing assessment strategies.

- Providing instructional design expertise.

- University degree
- Very good English language skills - spoken and written (French is a plus)
- Very good computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Technical aptitude
- Experience in training design and / or delivery is a plus
- Comprehensive knowledge of current instructional theories and principles is a plus
- Experience in the design and development of content and curriculum products or learning support resources is a strong plus
