RESPONSABILITATI

- Participates in the portfolio management process, which includes supporting needs assessment, solution selection, design, development, implementation, reporting, and continuous improvement and innovation of learning solutions.
- Assists with the alignment of development priorities with the needs of the business/functions.
- Supports tracking and reporting of activity against assigned project budgets.
- Supports cost-benefit and business impact analyses of alternative learning solutions.
- Supports the design and plan of assigned projects.
- Contributes to corporate-, business-, or function-specific development solutions that impact multiple business units globally.
- Typically partners with a more senior expert/master development role.


CERINTE

- First level university degree; advanced university degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- Typically 1-3 years in a training development role.
- Good facilitation, content design, and consulting skills.
- Good business and financial planning acumen.
- Good leadership, communication, change management, relationship management, and project management skills.
- Ability to quickly understand new tools, technologies, and systems.
