Job Overview and Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a multi-territory L&D function;
• Participating in designing L&D Strategies for the SEE region together with the Regional L&D leadership;
• Roll out and embed agreed L&D strategies and processes;
• Build the L&D capability necessary to deliver the strategy;
• Develop an L&D team across SEE that will motivate and engage all our learners;
• Ensure that there are a range of career development offerings and challenging opportunities available to all talent pools;
• Help all partners and staff in the cluster to proactively self manage their learning and development using the resources that are available and accessing all regional learning solutions via our learning management system and events run for them;
• Select and develop a cadre of Partners, Directors and Senior Managers as effective facilitators, coaches and developers of people who are recognised as delivering great value to the firm.


CERINTE

3+ years managing a cross-cultural Learning team – including:
• Design, development and delivery of optimum solutions based on client needs;
• Experience of implementing various approaches to Talent programmes, Technical skills and Business skills programmes;
• Experience in Executive Coaching;
• International exposure and ability to work at a strategic level with senior stakeholders;
• Determination and resilience to drive the adoption of Regional agenda;
• Team and virtual team leadership/collaboration skills;
• Project management skills;
• Facilitation, presentation and communication skills;
• Influencing skills;
• Ability to design cross-border or X-business processes;
• Change Management.

Would be a plus:

• HC professional qualification;
• MBA/Relevant Masters;
• Psychometric Qualifications;
• Coaching certificate.
