Reports to: Human Resources Manager
Job scope: Implement and coordinate learning and training policies, systems and processes.
Job responsibilities:
- Identify and collect the individual and groups training/learning needs;
- Recommend learning solutions using the existing tools or customized/personalized solutions in order to meet individual or group learning needs;
- Design, implement and supervise the CBU Learning policy, the CBU Learning Plan/Program for the whole population;
- Develop and provide accurate and specific reports as per requirements of internal customers / HR / management as well as to the Group Danone, as per reporting campaign, within specified deadlines;
- Identify and manage the relationship with external training partners/suppliers;
- Recommends improvement actions for increasing training programs¿ and trainers¿ effectiveness;
- Deliver/implement internal/in-house training programs developed locally or at Group level
Education: University degree
Experience: 3 years previous experience
Competencies:
- Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills;
- Very good planning & organizing/priority setting, follow-up skills;
- Self-driven, able to operate effectively in both high autonomy and under supervision;
- Enthusiasm, highly positive and constructive spirit, dynamism;
- Ability to perform well under stressful deadlines & situations;
- Capacity to learn and adapt fast to new situations/environment
PC skills: Good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project Management)
Languages: English language, good level, both written and spoken
