RESPONSABILITATI

- Manages the organization's learning and development activities;
- Oversee the management and delivery of core leadership and essential skills training - - - Conduct annual needs assessments for skill development.
- Create and manage the annual leadership and essential skills training calendar
- Create and implement effective learning strategies
- Direct, develop and implement systems, processes and tools for employee development, team development and competency development
- Training needs analysis, curriculum development, selection and/or development of classes, program delivery and evaluation, and administration
- Delivers tools to the business to assist in the understanding of course offerings
- Evaluates and selects outside training and development resources as appropriate


CERINTE

- Minimum of 3 year's experience in a combination of HR Generalist, training and/or organizational development roles
- University degree in related field or an equivalent mix of education & experience
- Knowledge of current theories and/or best practices in; leadership development, competency-based systems, change management and organization analysis/development
- Excellent communication, presentation, training delivery, and facilitation skills
- High level of interpersonal skills and collaboration
- Business acumen
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
