Job Purpose: Lead and coordinate all process improvement/re-engineering initiatives across GE Money Romania functions, applying LEAN and Six Sigma techniques/tools.
Main Objectives & Activities:
- Drive operational change using Lean Six Sigma techniques/tools throughout the Lines of Business and functions
- Identify opportunities for process/workflow improvements and apply Lean Six Sigma tools and techniques to develop and operationalize key process improvement/re-engineering initiatives, driving operational excellence and business productivity
- Understand and quantify the main drivers of process and business performance in order to improve them
- Lead cross functional teams in implementing controls and performance measurements in LOB processes
- Lead Action Work Outs to eliminate the Non Value Added activities in the processes
- Act as change agent and systematically drive and implement process change through cross-functional efforts with all areas involved
- Lead effort to insure core business processes/workflows are aligned with GE Money growth initiatives
- Teach, coach, and mentor managers and employees in the effective use of Lean Six Sigma tools as needed

- Frequency and success of Action/LEAN workouts
Qualifications/Requirements:
- University degree or equivalent in any discipline
- Practical LEAN Six Sigma experience with focus on developing Value Stream Maps and Action Plans to eliminate waste and develop clear Future States
- Strong desire for eliminating waste from processes
- Project Management/Quality Improvement Experience
- Outstanding Leadership Skills and the passion for Imagination and Simplification
- Strong analytical and process improvement skills with ability to apply statistical tools in quantitative approach to problem solving
- Able to think beyond the standard
- Excellent team player and proven boundaryless behavior with ability to build teams
- Proven ability to interact and communicate on a professional basis across different levels of the organization
