RESPONSABILITATI

- generarea de leaduri (B2B);
- calificarea potentialilor clienti;
- cresterea nivelului de notorietate al produselor si serviciilor companiei;
- updatarea informatiilor in baza de date a companiei;
sustinerea echipei de vanzari prin realizarea de prezentari, crearea documentatiei de vanzari;
- implementarea de cercetari referitoare la gradul de satisfactie a clientilor;
- oferirea de feedback/ raspuns la cererile clientilor.


CERINTE

- absolvent Facultate Sociologie au ASE cu specializarea cercetare de piata;
- cunostinte operare PC, MS Word, Excel, Outlook si baze de date, CRM;
- minim 1 an experienta in Marketing Relational, Telemarketing, Direct Marketing;
- cercetare de piata / analiza baze de date;
- experienta intr-o companie furnizoare de solutii software poate fi un avantaj;
- abilitati de analiza si sinteza;
- atitudine responsabila si proactiva fata de munca;
- abilitati de lucru in echipa;
- bune abilitati de comunicare;
- abilitati excelente de prezentare;
- cunostinte avansate de limba engleza.
