- Technical University Degree (Automation, Electronics, Process Control)
- Knowledge of the setup of the control database (I/O allocation, alarm limits, function blocks, interlocks, etc),
- Experience in developing graphical displays (process overviews, alarms, trend, etc.)
- Must have designed and implemented DCS systems (proven experience)
- Experience in coaching a (small) team of engineers
- Good communication skills in English and German
