The Lead Developer must be a seasoned professional in PHP, Drupal and Java with an expert understanding of relational databases. The Lead Developer will need to articulate object oriented theory and how this can be considered when using a non object oriented language like PHP – giving recommendations on how to get the best from the language. This knowledge will also be used when implementing part of the solution in Java.
• Minimum of 3-4 years experience in PHP, Drupal, Java and MySQL
• Minimum of 2 years development and design experience
• Ability to work and function under pressure, handle multiple tasks, and shifting priorities.
• Must be pro-active and collaborative with the client and team
• IT degree
• English min C1 Leve
