Handling all corporate affairs/company laws, drafts/reviews, registration procedure with Trade Registry;
Following up the on-going litigations and coordinating of all litigations, contracts finalization and all due diligence work;
Keeping abreast of new Romanian laws and practice and alerting business people of relevant developments;
Training and updating business people on legal topics and code of business conduct for the legal aspects.
University degree in Law, master or postgraduate studies would be a plus;
Definitive lawyer, member of the Bucharest Bar, with a minimum of 2 years experience;
Practice Areas: Commercial and Company Law, Competition Law, Dispute Resolution, Employment, Real Estate;
Experience in working with foreign clients;
Being used to work independently as well as to be a good team worker and target oriented person;
Management, analysis and synthesis skills;
Flexible, resistant to work under pressure and willing to work overtime;
PC knowledge;
Strong Spanish skills both spoken and written, English and/or Italian would be a major advantage.
