Definitive member of the Bar Association or definitive legal advisor
Minimum of 5 years professional experience in the field, preferably including negotiating and drafting of leasing agreements
Fluent in English
Computer literate: MS Office – especially Microsoft Word, Outlook and Microsoft Excel.

Drafting of legal documents, such as leasing agreements, service provision agreements, additional acts, notices etc.
Participation in negotiation of leasing agreements, providing support on all legal terms and conditions
Provision of legal support to the company related to any aspects coming out of supporting the operational activity
Follow up of the documents drafted by legal department.
The individual: Strong negotiation and communication skills. Proactive, team spirited and organised.
