- Managing claims from legal point of view.
- Claims that do not solved with an agreement with the client, decide whether to go to court and manage the case
- Choose lawyers to outsource cases sent to court and supervise their performance.
- Assist the underwriting manager in maintaining the wordings in correlation with the company needs from one hand and the Romanian law from the other hand.
- Write agreements with company suppliers and check other agreements.
- Assist in all formal communications with Insurance authorities.
- Examines regulatory and commercial material for legal implications
- Advise the corporation concerning legal rights, obligations, and privileges.
- Advise the corporation concerning transactions of business, stockholders, directors, and corporate relations with the general public.
- May co-ordinate and control the legal activity of subsidiaries.
Education
- Formal education and graduation for law in Romania and according to Romanian law.
Experience
- In civil wrongs ordinance as well as in property and bodily injures.
