Responsible for the Legal Recovery Procedures from companies;
Assessment and legal solutions deployment for commercial debt collection cases including: insolvency, summoning and common legal procedures, legal procedures related to cheques and promissory notes;
Handling enforcement procedures;
Organizes, plans, coordinates and controls the recovery cases;
Use of creative strategies, keeping an eye on efficiency and integrity;
Ensure a high collection success rate of the portfolio;
Periodic report to the Manager / Customers by giving status reports.
Member of Bucharest Bar
Relevant experience in commercial law-at least two years;
Experience in insolvency, summoning and common legal procedures, legal procedures related to cheques and promissory notes;
Foreign languages compulsory - English;
Excellent PC skills = MSOffice (Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint);
Communication & commercial practice;
Good interpersonnal skills;
Outstanding organizer;
Capable of working with big portfolios;
Comfortable with reports, databases;
Excellent communication skills, stress resistant, good persuasion skills;
