• Responsible for handling all kind corporate affairs/company laws, drafts/reviews, registration procedure with Trade Registry
• Follows up on-going litigations/coordination of all litigations,
• Keeps abreast of new Romanian laws and practice; alert business people of relevant developments
• Trains and updates business people on legal topics and code of business conduct for the legal aspects
• University degree in Law, master or postgraduate studies is a plus
• Definitive lawyer, member of the Bucharest Bar, with minim 2 years experience
• Practice Areas: Commercial and Company Law, Competition Law, Dispute Resolution, Employment, Real Estate
• Experience of working with foreign clients
• Used to work independently as well as to be a good team worker and target oriented person
• Management, analysis and synthesis skills
• Flexible, resistant to work under pressure and willing to work overtime
• PC knowledge
• Strong Spanish, English and / or Italian skills both spoken and written
