• Provide practical legal advice and drafting opinions or contractual documentation or litigation documentation
• Assist more experienced colleagues in structuring financial and/or commercial transactions in the field of company & corporate law, M&A, taxation, real estate & construction, employment, securities, financial services and banking
• Search for the necessary legislation and/or information to accomplish the instructions of the clients
• Law Bachelor Degree
• Trainee lawyer, member of the Bucharest Bar
• Fluent English
• Good negotiation skills
• Ability to work under pressure
