- University degree in Law;
- Definitive lawyer, member of one of the Romanian Bar Association, with minim 3 years of previous work experience in advising the clients in the commercial/corporate and real estate;
- Experience of working in an international environment with foreign clients;
- Used to work independently as well as to be a good team player and target oriented person;
- Efficiency, correctness, strictness, responsibility and promptness in the tasks fulfilling;
- Analysis and synthesis capacity, ability to handle multiple assignments and meeting deadlines;
- Decision and reaction capacity in unforeseen situations;
- Flexible, resistant to work under pressure and willing to work overtime;
- Driving license and travel availability;
- PC knowledge: Windows, Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet Explorer;
- Fluency in English both verbal and written;
- Master/LLM or postgraduate studies is a plus;
- Experience in M&A and/or bankruptcy and/or fiscal and/or environmental matters and/or labor law is a plus;
- German language is a plus.
