Job Description
Record First Notification of Loss
Explain to the Insured or Claimant the nature and extent of indemnity
Appoint and manage vendors
Manage recoveries actions
Proceed with settlement
Job Requirements
University Master Degree in law – preferably (Civil law, Tort law, Insurance law)
Ability to work on different problems simultaneously
Good English would be an asset
Property and Casualty Insurance knowledge/experience would be an asset.
Fluency in Spanish
