RESPONSABILITATI

Main responsability will be to ensure L3 application support:
- communicate with L2 support team
- diagnose and solve installation/configuration problems on the customer's environment
- reproduce the problem by debugging the code either local or remote
- fix and unit test the defects, integrate the code into the current releases

- build patches whenever applicable


CERINTE

Mandatory skills:
Java, C, C++,PL SQL, DB2
Good Debugging skills (Eclipse, Rational Application Developer)
Windows, Unix (AIX, Linux, Solaris, HP UX)

English: Fluent

Cood Communication Skills
Nice to have skills:
Application Support Experience
LDAP
WebSphere Application Server
AIX HACMP Clusters
