0 Provide technical assistance and expertise to customer's administrators and SMEs in French language;
0 Availability to work on call;
0 Monitor server performance and availability


CERINTE

0 Strong knowledge on one or more of the below technologies:
0 Unix, Linux, AIX, SAN;

AS 400 ;

Windows Sewer;

Citrix;

VMWare ;

D8 (082; Oracle; MSSQL);

Tivoli Service Automation Manager;

0 Service Delivery Manager;

Familiarity with RAID disk technologies & SAN infrastructure;

Familiarity with network infrastructure;

Knowledge of Sewer Applications;

Familiarity with Backup software and strategies;

Knowledge and understanding of network applications, web servers, email servers, fire-walls, databases, file shares
and print servers;

Strong communication and teamwork skills;

0 Strong technical problem solving skills;

0 Ability to learn and apply new technology and methodologies in a distributed environment.
