Line Cook:
• Works in every station in the kitchen:
• Prepares food items by using and following standardized recipes
• Complies with all portion sizes, quality standards, department rules, policies, and procedures.
• Communicates and passes correct and completed orders
• promote superior quality service according to Hard Rock Café standards
• perform other operational tasks as assigned per job description
• Assuring the complete satisfaction of each and every guest

Production Cook:
• Complies with all portion sizes, quality standards, department rules, policies, and procedures.
• Prepares all food items/products before going to the “line
• Keeps all storage areas and inventory in a neat and orderly fashion
• promote superior quality service according to Hard Rock Café standards
• perform other operational tasks as assigned per job description
• Assuring the complete satisfaction of each and every guest
• Creating memorable experiences
• Having fun being professional
Dishwasher:
• Separates and cleans all wares used in the Cafe
• Scrapes all pans and pre-washes before putting into the washing machine
• Operates a dish machine and pot washing machine
• Ensures that all levels for sanitizer on dish machine and pot sinks are at specific requirement for health standards
• Keeps all storage areas clean and orderly
• Assuring the complete satisfaction of each and every guest
• Creating memorable experiences
• Having fun being professional
Has the ability to:
Must be able to read and follow written instructions, recipe formulations, etc.
Has a high-level of organization, accuracy, attention-to-detail, and sense-of-urgency at all times
Maintain a well-groomed appearance and follow all uniform guidelines
Practice double checking and teamwork
Practices all safety and sanitation standards
