Receiving and registering all problems from the Special Accounts clients (a business-to-business relationship);
Providing technical and commercial support by phone;
Assigning the problems to the B2B Back Officers in order to be solved;
Following up on the solving process;
Maintaining a close relationship with the clients on the solving process of their requests;
Receiving and registering customers' requests to cancel their contracts;
Contacting the clients interested in canceling their contracts in order to identify the cause and to find an amiable solution;
Disconnecting the clients who cancel their contract;
Accomplishing other tasks according to company's procedures.
Very good knowledge of networking (communication channels ¿ cable, optic wire, wireless, Operating Systems ¿ Windows, Linux);
Very good knowledge related to mail servers, web, DNS, DHCP;
Knowledge of telecommunication is a plus;
Previous experience in a similar area is an advantage;
Very good communication skills;
Willing to work in a team;
Fluency in English.
