- Is responsible for developing sales with key clients at national level and achieve sales volume and distribution objectives of company products including all related sales activities to designated key clients;
- Is responsible for planning and directing the sales activities for national key clients, appraising area results and recommending corrective measures to the Modern Trade Manager or Commercial Director;
- Is responsible for developing merchandising and promotion plans for national key accounts, following that all approved plans are carried out, building and maintaining an effective selling organization.
- University Degree;
- Strong and provable experience, 3-4 years preferable within a multinational FMCG company, preferably in management sales positions;
- Knows the market and the specific major key accounts and is used with developing sales plans and strategies for clients of significant importance for the business;
- Very good knowledge on commercial systems and company’s policies;
- Very good interpersonal skills, along with oral and written communication;
- Presentation skills & argumentative approach;
- Decision making & able to react fast to changing environment.
- MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken / Other language would be a plus
