RESPONSABILITATI

- Identify the characteristics, needs and performance of Key Accounts by updating their profiles;
- Develop, propose and implement KA specific strategies and activities in line with overall PM KA strategy while maintaining an excellent long term relations with the key accounts;
- Assist distributors in signing contracts with KA and coordinate the proper functioning of PM customer service department;
- Manage the PM brand portfolio within selected universe, in order to enhance volume, ensure product availability, visibility and recommended pricing;
- Create and negotiate business plans for all key account wholesalers within the universe, in order to maximize sales through these channels.


CERINTE

- University degree
- Field/ sales experience;
- Previous exposure to Key Accounts would be a plus;
- Excellent negotiation skills;
- Very good analytical capabilities;
- Outstanding interpersonal skills;
- Highly organized, perseverant person and able to prioritize tasks;
- Teamwork and achievement oriented;
- Creative and strategic thinker with high ethical standards;
- Very good command of spoken and written English;
- Knowledge of MS Office.
