Department: Commercial – Key Accounts / DANONE Romania
Contract duration: Unlimited
Location: Bucharest
Reports to: National Key Accounts Manager
Job scope: Sustain the back office activity of the key accounts department by providing various reports and performing administrative duties
Job responsibilities:
- Provides/ issues the sales analyses, reports, statistics and presentations for Key Account Department.
- Assists Key Accounts in developing the promotional planning and provides the promotional cards.
- Following-up on key accounts commercial contracts, provides the payment request for the clients invoices.
- Keeps the internal communication regarding Modern Trade events.
- Prepares programs of meetings concerning organizational aspects and records minutes of staff meetings.
- Arranges travel schedules and reservations.


CERINTE

Education: University degree or one year to go until graduation
Experience: No previous experience needed;
Competencies and Personal Skills:
- Self organizing skills
- Proactive
- Good communication skills
- Rigorous and quality oriented
- Fast reacting to new and urgent tasks

PC skills: Good computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point).

Languages: English – medium level
