RESPONSABILITATI

Responsible for co-ordinating the day-to-day insurance related activities of Key Account Managers
Sets up the working procedures referring to specific activity of big/medium/small accounts
Responsible for proposing and development of the corporate sales strategy in co-operation with the Commercial Director for big/medium/small accounts
Analyse & report the sales performance of the Key Account Managers on a monthly basis
Propose and follow-up for the development of new products or improvements for the existing products, according to the market requirements
Support the Key Account Managers to reach their sales targets as set in cooperation with Commercial Director
Maximizes sales of own accounts (both group and individual products)
Maximizes customer satisfaction & retention
Development of a client-specific strategy and communication plan for each assigned client
Develop relationship marketing events


CERINTE

University degree;
Min. 3 year of relevant experience with proven record in corporate relations field;
Strong managerial abilities;
Strong motivation for working in a sales oriented environment
Strong selling and closing skills in corporate environment, proven commercial track record;
Strong planning and organizing abilities;
Great relationship-building skills, both externally with customers and internally with co-workers and support personnel;
Ability to sell strategically and creatively, not dependent upon a mapped out sales process for success.
