Manages and develops client portfolio
Maintains and develops business relationships with clients (e.g. system integrators, resellers)
Realizes and presents commercial offers, manages and follows-up contracts
Maintains and develops existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and relevant internal liaison, to optimize quality of service, business growth, and customer and satisfaction
Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships
Carries out and/or supports local marketing activities to agreed budgets and timescales, and integrate personal sales efforts with other organized marketing activities
Resolves post-sales customer problems and collaborates with other departments, as necessary, to expedite the resolution of problems
Monitors and reports on market and competitor activities and provides relevant reports and information
Records, analyses, reports and administers information according to systems and requirements
BA in technical or business field
Minimum 3 years of experience in IT&C sales field
Solid knowledge about IT&C market
Relevant experience in portfolio management
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Advanced knowledge of MS Office
Advanced English language knowledge
