RESPONSABILITATI

- Maintaining closer commercial relationship with customers, and also with the supplier;
- Maintain and enhance partnership levels on assigned solution portfolio;
- Best price negotiation for projects with suppliers/business partners;
- Be involved in the sales process by: solution architectures, defining and refining the bill of materials for solutions, providing support to sales people in the negotiations with the customer;
- Proactively promoting of the solutions portfolio in the early sales stages via close collaboration with Sales Account Management for Retail, Public Administration and other suitable Sales Representatives;
- Finding new suppliers and solutions; coordinate testing new systems;
- Focused in developing and implementing new solutions in the portfolio;
- Internal sales workshops for solutions portfolio to the Sales Account Management;
- Technical advisor for the Sales Department and trusted advisor for customers during the sales cycle;
- Elaborating sales presentations, easy understandable presales technical documentation;
- Technical and commercial refreshment of the solution portfolio with our international technology partners;
- Collaborate with Marketing for solution-specific related marketing;
- Collaborate with Software Development and Customer Services Depts for related services to be included in solutions (Sales-side) and maintain relevant technical certification levels (internal side) to be compliant with our technology partnership levels.


CERINTE

Member of the Sales Dept, the Key Account Manager role is accountable to develop the company’s solutions portfolio and business on the Retail-specific IT solutions (Front-Office and Back-Office hardware and software) and Self-Services solutions, provided by our international and local partners.
Job location: Bucharest;
Moderate business travelling (Romania and abroad);



Required experience and knowledge:
- Technical University diploma, preferably IT&C;
- Fluency in English is a must – both speaking and writing;
- At least 5 years of sales management experience in an IT solutions provider company;
- Outstanding exposure to hardware infrastructure and related software in the Retail IT landscapes;
- Deep understanding of the general customers IT landscapes and specific IT for Retail;
- Ability to easily understand customer business needs and requirements (expressed in formal or non-formal ways), to define and architect appropriate technical and pricing solutions and to deploy proof-of-concepts to customers;
- Able to sense the customer context in order to choose right for the best price or the best value solution;
- Demonstrated success defining and launching new solutions;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Excellent teamworking skills in challenging environments;
- Previous Sales trainings (soft skills and/or specific) would be an important asset;
- Previous expertise in creating RFPs and formal answers to RFPs is an important asset;
- Minimal skills about business relationships with international partners in order to collaborate with our Logistics Dept for booking and ordering IT products;
- High results oriented, deadline oriented, flexible and dynamic profile in demanding business environments;
- Able to work under pressure when needed;
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority;
- Exposure to international environments (partners and customers);
- Outstanding results with minimal supervising;



Ideal profile:
Additional to the above required experience, the ideal candidate should have:
- Sales experience for several of the following solutions (any brand/vendor, existing expertise is the ideal match): Cash Registers, Scanners, POS / Retail Front Office, Retail Back Office, Self Check-Out, Reverse Vending Machines, Cash Management, Retail Mobile Systems, Kiosk Terminals, Retail Peripherals & Consumables, Workforce Management Systems, other Retail-related IT&C solutions;
- Outstanding exposure to IT&C solutions for Retail or Self-Service IT&C solutions;
- Outstanding skills about the IT&C solutions for Retail in Romania (solution types, solution providers, trends, customer decision makers).
