- Responsible for sales management of Company’s products in the Romanian/Bulgarian markets, focused on institutional and retail segments
- Achieve and exceed targets, increase market share, optimize portfolio, developed focus on Retail and Foodservice, develop Company’s Brand
- Structuring negotiations / renewal of contracts with clients, working interactively with other areas, mainly Marketing, Trade and Logistic, aiming to achieve top performance in the business. Identify the correct demand and prices for the Company’s products
- Supporting customers
- Responsible for managing the annual budget and the business performance indicators within the market (includes MKT and TM)
- Ensure the achievement of short term sales targets and the middle term market planning (expansion and diversification), aiming to increase revenues and market share, services and profitability etc.
MUST HAVE:
- University degree in Business Administration, Economy or Engineering
- Experince on a similar position in food industry
- Knowledge of Consumer market – Food business
- Knowledge of Sales, Marketing and Trade Techniques
- Native or Fluent Local Language (Romanian) and Fluent English
- Knowledge of the local market (customers, trade and competitors)
