Our client is a multi-national company activating as Supplies Retail Packaging (mainly Folding Cartons) and has packaging manufacturing operations in numerous countries. Key Account Manager
Responsibilities:
They are currently in the process of strengthening their external Sales Team for Romania and would like to discuss with Experienced Account Managers from within the Folding Carton / packaging industry the exciting opportunities on offer to develop their career within the Group.
This is a key role with the objective of identifying and developing potential new accounts. In addition to working at the sharp end of developing new business, you will also be required to expand upon business opportunities with existing customers and be adept at meeting performance targets.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have strong commercial sales experience and background gained within the Folding Carton/packaging industry, including national accounts experience. You will also need to be an effective communicator at all levels, have good presentational skills, be organized with an assertive but creative approach to business and the persistence necessary to convert potential opportunities into solid sales. We also rate personal qualities highly including high levels of self-determination, motivation to succeed; hard work and personal energy are essential requirements. Add to this the ability to enthuse all around you and you are almost there.
