• Find the best solution for the assigned Clients, according to the sales and prices policy, negotiate important issues regarding the products, prices, special offers and catalogs
• Identify new business opportunities and be aware of market evolution by maintaining close contact with the customers and final key Clients
• Permanently observe the sales process and find better solutions to maximize the sales result
• Communicate efficiently with both Clients and colleagues
• Reporting in a full and periodical manner, offering an accurate picture of the Clients’ situation
• Constantly monitor competitor’s market tactics and activities and share information
• Make recommendations of tactics for short / medium term at national / regional / local / customer groups’ levels
• Discover new customers and propose full approach for gaining the POS
• Build long-term partnerships with customers, based on win-win approach
• University degree
• A minimum experience of 4 years in FMCG, especially cosmetics
• Knowledge of the FMCG market and its specific clients
• Category management would be a plus, as well as previous experience in the office equipment industry
• English – fluent
• Ability to build strong relations with the clients and establish clear sales & marketing plans
• Excellent organization & prioritization skills
• Analytical thinking and the ability to accurately interpret numbers (P&L)
• Team spirit but autonomous personality, as well
• Experience in working with reports
• Stress resistance
• Negotiation skills
• PC knowledge – Outlook, internet, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Driving license
