- Gestionarea unor conturi mari de clienti;
- Planificarea, organizarea si coordonarea activitatii de vanzare a administratorilor de conturi din subordine;
- Realizarea targetului de vanzare alocat si total;
- Negocierea contractelor;
- Coordonarea unei echipe de reprezentanti vanzari (2-3 persoane)
- Stabilirea strategiei de desfasurare a activitatilor de vanzare ;
- Urmarirea costurile si profitabilitatii activitatilor proprii;
- Raportari periodice catre management-ul superior.

Cerinte:
- experienta relevanta in domeniul FMCG (peste 3 ani)
- experienta pe o pozitie similara minim 1 an
- abilitati de comunicare, negociere si vanzare
- persoana responsabila, dinamica, organizata
