In this challenging position your focus will be on business development for DIY network. Our client is a multinational manufacturer for heating appliances.
Responsibilities:
Define and prepare Sales proposals for DIY network;
Regulars Meetings with purchasing managers (buyers) of the network;
Negotiation and verification of commercial contracts with DIY network (rules of work, annual bonuses, monthly bonuses, marketing contribution, minimum logistic order, product rotation, promotional action planned for future, annual bonus calculation and verification of the invoices received for different activities in DIY, etc.);
Preparation of seasonal action “offers” for “buyers”;
Sales control (statistics by network and by shops in order to understand how is performing every single shop on the field) ;
Analysis of the clients profitability so as to implement appropriate sales actions;
Organisation of general Training for DIY “buyers”, sales advisers on the field;
Periodically Reports of activities and analysis of the competition in the market.
Technical University degree;
Fluently in English;
At least 2 years professional experience in sales activities preferably of heating appliances and/or electric appliances;
Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements;
Good communication, presentation skills and abilities to interact with all the clients;
Results and customer orientated;
Initiative and autonomy;
PC knowledge (Office);
Driving license B and availability to travel.
