- Elaborating sales tactics in line with the company¿s strategy
- Sales planning
- Market analysis and monitoring ¿ identifying opportunities and threats.
- Identifying development methods in terms of sales efficiency
- Presenting and listing new products to clients
- Conducting periodical negotiations
- Conducting regular visits to the stores
- Structured periodical communication with the involved decision makers
- Reporting the actual sales in comparison to the planned sales


CERINTE

- English ¿ advanced
- Higher education
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience
- Experience in FMCG (experience in the cosmetics sector is an advantage)
- Negotiation skills
- Knowledge of the Romanian business environment
- Knowledge of the concerned market
- Planning, controlling and assessing skills
- Dynamic, displaying outstanding initiative and problem-solving skills
- Loyal, a team-player
- Driver¿s license, category B
