RESPONSABILITATI

Reporting to the National Key Accounts Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and implementing the sales strategy within designated area in accordance with the company¿s principles and policies;
- Managing the Key Accounts (KA)- both national and multinational, developing and nurturing sales and customer relationships;
- Monitoring potential customers, development trends, sales opportunities and the competition;
- Supervising, appraising and motivating the sales team.


CERINTE

- At least two years of successful sales experience, preferable within a multinational company;
- Key Accounts Management;
- Strong sales, negotiation and organizational skills;
- Excellent people management skills;
- Flexibility, mobility, consistency and high initiative;
- University degree;
- Permanent residence in Bucuresti.
