RESPONSABILITATI

Responsibilities:

-maintain relationship with big investors and entrepreneurs; contact them regularly;
-increase the number of clients in the portfolio of the company;
-generate new business within target markets, develop long-term profitable relationships with clients through regular and effective communication and maximize opportunities to ensure targets are met and growth is achieved.
-present the products (steel structures, aluminum profiles) to possible clients;
-keep contact and deliver support to the project managers (in order to complete the proper price offers according to measures and requests);
-be in touch with new construction areas and residential places, offices;
-participate at construction conferences and meetings in order to follow the market changes and new business opportunities
-exchange information with Key Customers for the purpose of anticipating and identifying customer billing, rates and pricing, power quality or other operational needs that can be resolved
-report activity success to the technical manager


CERINTE

Required skills:

-knowledge of English-advanced level, German is an advantage
-driving license
-minimum 3 years experience in the sales of construction materials/aluminum profiles/steel structures
-portfolio of clients and large number of relationships in the market
-behavioral skills: negotiating, customer orientation, initiative, emotional control, communication, persuasiveness, with the ability to seek out new sales opportunities and develop these to fruition.
-technical skills: technology trends, technical documentation and measurement, product knowledge is an advantage, business vision
Above all, the successful candidate will bring enthusiasm, drive and ability to focus on specific sales targets and demonstrate ongoing sales target achievement.
