> New business development and key account management of current and future small, medium and large distributors of construction materials, whole sellers, DIY companies at a national level
> Translating of the global and local marketing & sales strategy to the indirect channel
> Identifying new product ??? market combinations to be transformed into profitable sales programs through the indirect sales channel
> Monitoring all indirect sales channels, including quantitative performance indicators (commitments, support, pricing) and qualitative elements (brand and product image)
> Offering technical support for the indirect sales force in order to achieve ambitious targets by providing feedback and conducting pro-active communication
> University degree (Technical or Economics)
> At least 3 years of professional experience in the sales of interior design and construction materials through the mentioned channels
> Excellent communication and negotiation skills
> Ability to develop long term relationships with the business partners
> Team coordination (Area Sales Managers, Sales Representatives etc) skills and leadership
> Good level of English knowledge
> PC skills
> Clear B driving license
> Availability to travel intensively within the country
