RESPONSABILITATI

On behalf of our client, a company specialized in marketing and promotional services; we are looking for a Key Account Manager responsible for developing the sales of the company products, a high-potential professional who is commercially minded, dedicated and enthusiastic.
The candidate that we are looking must be experienced at undertaking research work and must have at least two- three years¿ experience undertaking selling / marketing campaigns in a B2B context, must be an excellent, charismatic communicator, be very disciplined, persistent and capable of working independently without day-to-day supervision.
Main responsibilities:
- Bringing together the perspectives from many interested parties - clients, specialized team, management staff;
- Understanding, anticipating and interpreting the customers¿ needs, goals and plans is also a key part of the job;
- Solutions/products presentations and promotion;
- Accountable for achieving sales volume, profit and market share objectives.


CERINTE

The ideal candidate would be someone who has either worked in a media company, publicity and marketing agency before, where he has been exposed to high-level professional practices. He/she should posses:
- Minimum 2 years relevant successful experience in sales management; selling skills and attitude;
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, ability to win confidence and build trust;
- A positive attitude, with a results-oriented ¿can do¿ approach;
- Strong negotiation and planning skills;
- Committed to business performance and result oriented;
- Dynamic and positive, highly organized, strategic thinking;
- Strong self-motivation, self-confidence, persuasiveness and willingness to perform;
- Excellent English
- Availability and willingness to travel;
- Clean driving license.
