- Pursuing leads and close sales with a large number of advertisers to drive revenue for the company
- Gain new business through inbound sales leads, phone and e-mail sales efforts with some limited travel required
- Present the product and solution portfolio to the client
- Retaining relationships with advertisers and other agency clients.
- Work with a client base of high net worth individuals and to grow that client base
- Expertise in solution-selling strategies and tactics.
- Negotiating contracts and closing opportunities.
- Frequent visits to customers and prospects, as well as routine telephone contact.
- Defining, planning, and executing sales strategies to selected verticals.
- Analyze opportunities and establish market priorities
- Meet/exceed quarterly and annual sales targets in the territory.
- Representing the company at conferences and seminars.
- Phone/face-to-face sales calls
- 4+ year sales experience in an agency
- DM and interactive sales experience preferred.
- Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles, with a track record of successful revenue.
- Ability to formulate, present and implement selling plans
- Results oriented, creative, tenacious and accountable.
- Highly motivated individual; thrives in a competitive environment
- Ability to work as part of a sales team.
- Self-starter with a great attitude and strong organizational skills.
- Refined communication skills, both over-the-phone and face-to-face
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills, as you will be dealing with decision makers.
- Strong presentation skills to both small and large groups (20 - 100 people)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Fluent English and native Romanian
