RESPONSABILITATI

Main Responsibilities:

1. To conduct market and sales analysis to identify new opportunities for business development. The analysis will include: retail market, distribution, sales, shares, pricing, merchandising, competition, etc.

2. To recommend and implement the short and mid term Key Account strategy inline with the customer and market trends

3. Recommend and implement Customer Business Planning towards achieving agreed business aims in terms of distribution, volume, profit and market shares.

4. Support the Trade Marketing department in developing tailor made promotional plan (programs and Point Of Purchase Materials) for each client to optimize the performance of the key account, as well as in the development and implementation of Category Management projects.

5. Prepare offers, negotiate contracts with the KA and supervise their execution

6. Brief, support and coach the Field KA team in the execution at the store level

7. Follow up the customer payments and support the Financial department to improve the cash flow level.

8. Build and maintain strong professional relationships with the prospective Key Accounts entities allover the country

Role profile:

Education and qualifications
- University graduate, preferably in economics.
- PC literacy: MC Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Clean driving license
- English Proficiency
Knowledge and Skills
- Knowledge of Key Account Management process and Key Accounts environment
- Good knowledge of finance for sales
- Solutions-orientated with a strong work ethic and integrity;
- Outstanding interpersonal skills. Must have the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and be able to communicate with a wide range of people of different levels and countries
- Superior organizational, presentation and negotiation skills;
- Strong analytical, planning & organizing skills;
- Customer oriented
Experience
2 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of managing Key Accounts
